Easy to use and great features

Kommentare: Time to market is faster when my sales force closes a sale. They don't need to go to the office to drop the new contracts.
I have many offices in the country so I was blind and dependent because all sales information was on paper. Now I can see them real time and make dashboard reports, integrate slack alerts every time a sale is made and find and correct easily mistakes or wrong information.
Now I can control what offers and discounts are available to my sales team on real time
I can make my managers accountable if they approved wrong discounts
My clients now have their contracts in their mailboxes right after the information is provisioned in my systems.

Vorteile:

My sales force is older people not used to technology, with platoforms I gave them the same visual design that they were accustomed. Easy and fast deployment to production. Easy edition to add new features or correct mistakes and deploy again to production Logic made it easy to calculate fields, and put rules for some fields. Workflow gave my team an easy way to authorize every step of the process and have a copy. Integration with zapier to create reports or data-driven app Signature on the form without special hardware or software

Nachteile:

Dropdown menu doesn't have a search option like google for big lists Clone forms to reuse fields is now completely straight forward I have to clone the form to add a new pdf design and by that sometimes I loose my old filled forms. Incremental code have can't be controled completely when I have to clone form Can't connect to a database/spreadsheet to fill some of the fields

You can’t go wrong with Plato!

Kommentare: Great! Everyone on our team loves the programs and realizes that it makes our jobs much easier.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and options. Support is has been amazing and for what we get for the price. We have no complaints.

Nachteile:

Wish you can unpublish a workflow and make changes. Also wish you could have invitations module have permissions per logged in user.

adequate fillable forms

info is well organized and easy to see. easy for patients to navigate

Nachteile:

It doesn't work with an iPad and isn't consistent with apple products. Also each page comes separate. would be nice if it could be downloaded all as one pdf. Also there is not extendable space when the patients type in the description of complaint. sends two copies when there is a new form to download.

Awesome form company

Kommentare: From the very beginning, they were a great partner. They respond quickly to inquiries, even though we are in very different time zones. They are eager to help, even when the issue is something I caused. They are open to feature requests and always adding something new.

Vorteile:

Great product. They have awesome customer service. They are very responsive. We require HIPAA compliance and it is hard to find a product at this price that is priced like this with this level of customer service. Forms are easy to create and with the open API, it is easily integrated into our CRM.

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything that I don't like about Platoforms.

Perfect for our use case

Vorteile:

Platoforms did exactly what I needed it to do, and was extremely responsive to support requests, going so far as to write new API access based on my request. Thank you Platoforms!!

Nachteile:

The only downside, which is not fault of PlatoForms, is that they are based in Australia, so our business hours don't always line up when I am looking for customer support.

Platoforms is here to stay!

Kommentare: It's been great. It enabled our business services to scale to unprecedented heights, something that could not have happened if Platoforms didn't exist. We continue to use it for multiple use cases.

Nachteile:

Pricing plans. Bit hard to tell what the best option is for our business. But easy to discuss with the team about this.

Great Software Experience for Data Gathering!

Kommentare: The experience using PlatoForms is superb as it offers great flexibility, intuitive interface which makes gathering of information much easier and convenient to do. It simplifies the process and navigations for those who fills up the form which saves me so much time! What's more is that you can easily save the web forms into PDFs are needed which saves a lot of hassle.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

❎Sometimes (which rarely happens), converted PDF to Web Forms doesn't show as accurate as it is. Though it happened to me just once

The thing I like least about PlatoForms is the fact I didn't know about this program sooner.

Time saver

Kommentare: Overall it was a relaly good software to get data from users in an organized and secure way

Vorteile:

It made it really easy to make fillable forms from pdf files and automatically clect the data in one place. Helps with the enviroment as the forms no longer need to be printed

Nachteile:

It allowed the data ro be exported but it did not have automatic exports to connect with a drive sheet for all responses. It would however automatically save a pdf of the aubmission on to drive

Fills a need that other software solutions don't.

Kommentare: We use Platoforms to collect information from our customers that our main software program doesn't allow us to collect due to formatting issues.

Vorteile:

It is very easy for our customers to complete forms and provide the needed information we need on our company tailored documents. Customer support is great!

Nachteile:

Editing the forms is difficult especially if you want to make changes, many times you have to start from scratch.

Why I used Platoforms during the pandemic and why you should too.

Kommentare: Platoforms helped us collect valuable online form data during this pandemic. PlatoForms has empowered me to create multiple forms for my Operations and Academic Departments.
The benefits are multi-fold:
1. Time saved in creating online forms
2. Paper-based forms are mirrored perfectly by their online version
3. Convenience of receiving the PDF end-products
4. Chat Support was extremely valuable and helpful in helping me solve many of my queries and code issues. I highly recommend PlatoForms!

Vorteile:

During the pandemic, my company successfully used Platoforms to create online versions of many process-critical paper forms. The software or service chosen should fulfill these criteria: 1. Easy to design which meant a short development time for creating an online form 2. End-product (PDF) should be exactly like the paper form used in my organization 3. The Centre Manager who issues the form to the test-taker, should immediately and automatically receive the PDF form upon the form-filler's submission 4. A repository to access and retrieve all submissions PlatoForms fulfilled all four criteria. If there was one stand-out feature that I liked most about PlatoForms, it would be its built-in logic engine that allowed me to customize an infinite number of powerful interconnecting rules. For example I could check if an input box contained a certain value before loading the next page. The same logic engine allowed me to create and process variables. This allowed me to create an online placement test that was self-marking. Other honorable mentions of PlatoForms are: a. very responsive chat and support (thank you [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!) b. able to customize the formatting of the online form via CSS code c. easy to use form-creation interface and UI d. very reliable email system where every form submitted is automatically delivered to my Centre Managers

Nachteile:

The inability of PlatoForms to split a form into two halves. Be it vertically or horizontally. We had a need to split the screen into two vertical halves when using PlatoForms to create an online test. This would have a quiz question text to be read on the left half of the screen, and the candidate answers on the right for the test-taker to answer. A split-screen format would allow the test-taker to answer the questions without having to scroll up and down the screen. Another feature improvement/suggestion could be making the data inside the input boxes' font sizes show as WYSIWYG inside the form designer itself. As a form designer, I am able to see the true font sizes by examining the CSS code and the PDF final end-product. It would be nicer to have the data appear in their true font sizes when using (inputting) the form itself.

Love it!

Kommentare: My self and our whole team really like using this program. It is very user friendly and easy to use.

Vorteile:

It is so easy to use. We set up an online application to attract more potential employees. Giving them the ability to fill out all the paperwork at home makes people more willing to use our service. It is easy to set up the forms.

Nachteile:

You can set up the form to match same fields. This way an address only needs to be entered once and so forth. The problem is, you have to write down the field number of every field you want to match. This gets to be very time consuming.

Simple and effective forms

I can easily add forms to my website without any heavy coding

if i want to make a change to my form i have to reupload it and redo all the connections

Unbelievable find

Vorteile:

Incredibly easy to use. Great customer service and very willing to help implement new ideas. Pricing is incredibly reasonable. HIPAA capabilities available

Nachteile:

Off the bat, can't really think of any. Server issues once or twice over the several years we have used them, but they were always remedied quickly

Platoforms Honest Review

Kommentare: Overall, Platoforms is a great product!

Vorteile:

The software and team has been so easy to work with and it has made our organization so much easier in expanding our message.

Nachteile:

I felt that the user interface seems to be a little slow at times. Maybe a refresh of the interface could potentially have some more attraction for customers.

Great except when minor tweaks are needed.

Kommentare: I am overall pleased however it is very frustrating that the workflow URL has to change when minor tweaks are needed. It then requires a lot of extra work updating all the links and getting people to use the new link.

Vorteile:

The integration into the existing PDF is great! I like the simplicity of the webform. Pretty easy to set up.

Nachteile:

I wish that I could make minor tweaks to the forms and not have to change the URL. It would be great if there was an easier way to change the forms or workflows to drafts after publishing them. For example, after cloning it would be great to just click on the published form edit, and where it says publish have it switch to being a draft.

Vorteile:

PlatoForms has completely changed the way we do business since covid. It’s so easy to create forms and distribute them to clients easily. Clients almost never have questions on how to complete the forms and the ease for us to keep forms organized is unmatched.

Nachteile:

I don’t really have any cons about this program.

Highly Recommend

Kommentare: We are a school that has streamlined our registration process for our grades into a single form. We use smart logic so that it directs families appropriately based on the age groups and responses. It has saved both families and us lots of time as we can just store the forms digitally without the need to scan. We love it.

Vorteile:

We use these programs to complete our school's entire registration process. We went from completely paper-based to completely digital. The families have really enjoyed the easier registration process and the tidying up of many of our forms.

Nachteile:

If the product made it easier to line up input areas on the form, that would help. It is easy to align them with each other, but not always the pdf document itself. Sometimes it takes a while to create a form, but I imagine that the process is typical for all software of its type.

A Useful Tool In Our Toolbox

Kommentare: We have enjoyed using PlatoForms and are interested in continuing to incorporate its features into our system.

Vorteile:

We appreciate the ability to customize the questions or information fields we are using to gain information from potential and existing clients.

Nachteile:

Integrating our existing PDF documents into the system proved to be quite challenging, so we usually ended up just re-working them using the template system.

Easy to use, easy to view, easy to fill out and easy to download/print.

Nachteile:

You have to instruct your applicants to use a desktop/laptop. Wish the forms were a little more phone friendly.

Convenient software

I like that the documents are professional looking in the online form and simple to fill for users.

Nachteile:

Overall there is nothing difficult about the product but if I could change anything it would be how submissions are viewed and deleted on the dashboard. I would like to be able to view a thumbnail on the dashboard rather than having to open another window each time.
