- It helps us hire people abroad and therefore being more flexible when it comes to recruiting. - Improves the retaining-rate, as we can offer more employment-options. - Customer service experience is really good.

Nachteile:

- Still needs some adjustment when it comes to invoices e.g. - Also a lot of research needs to be done by our team before a hire- More service would be helpful there. - Countrypedia (explanation of the working conditions in a country) is not available for candidates which would be super beneficial. - Depending on the country time-tracking and vacation tracking can be exhausting.

The most I like that all is done in time and quickly. Salary always was paid in time. Support works very quickly and provides detailed answers.

Nachteile:

Maybe, only one. That they do not provide help with the calculation of Grosі salary. But probably it because that the gross salary in each country depends on many factors

As an employee hired through WorkMotion, I'm really happy with the fast support in the country that I'm working. They're able to answer many questions, and have made my remote work from Spain super easy and stress-free.

Nachteile:

The only annoying thing is sometimes having to do duplicate communication between WorkMotion and my main employer for sick days, holidays, etc.

It's easy to used and access on mobile and phone and navigation is easy to find even when you haven't used it before

It's minor but having to log in each time is a pain but it's the most minor thing in the world
