I left a message for customer service and it took a while before anyone replied. When the reply came, it was technical but without clear, step-by-step guidance—which isn’t very helpful when you’re just getting started. I still can’t get one of my domains recognized, and that’s a basic thing I expected to have resolved. > > Overall, my experience with Encharge has been a bit of a slow start. The platform clearly has a lot of potential, and I know I’m not yet using all of the features it offers. Support was slow to respond, and when they did reply it was more technical than practical. I still haven’t managed to get one of my domains recognized, which is a little discouraging at the beginning.
