Kommentare: From the start of our relationship with Attensi, the team were focused on our needs, took time to understand what we were trying to achieve and worked collaboratively with us to deliver an all-encompassing learning journey and engaging simulation. From the extensive scoping sessions and throughout the process, they challenged us, supported us, involved us, iterated with us and provided lots of feedback opportunities such that we knew from very early on that we were not only in safe hands but that we were also going to have a lot of fun building these digital assets.The simulation is engaging and intuitive, and feedback from our students demonstrates they feel it is highly relevant to their interview preparation, makes them think on their feet and provides the opportunity to focus on the skills linked to successful interview outcomes.As a result of the success of this initial project, we are already in the development stage of a new idea to further engage our students in developing their transferable cognitive skills through gamification.

Vorteile:

The mini-games and simulations bring a whole new dimension of learning to our students and participants. The interactivity of the simulation is directly relevant to interview preparation and encourages the learners to think on their feet, exactly as they may have to in a real interview situation. The competitive element provided by the leaderboards resulted in 80% of students wanting to repeat the scenarios to improve their scores and understand more about what is required for successful interview outcomes.

Nachteile:

The learners wanted more scenarios and more interview questions posed thus making the simulation longer!

Kommentare: Great overall experience, in terms of relationship building, team collaboration, project output and business impact. A pleasure working with Attensi and looking forward to future projects.

Engaging Alternative to Traditional eLearning

Vorteile:

Our learners rated this mode of learning very high, as they thought the mini-games were engaging, fresh and modularized. Gamification drove a friendly competitive spirit in play. The Attensi team was very proficient in professional services and understood our business and the nuances, which made the development process pretty streamlined. Excellent customer service throughout the development and delivery cycle and changes/tweaks were easy to make.

Nachteile:

Though I love the product, the availability and turnaround time of data was a bit disappointing. Individual products are built separately, so there is no synthesis across products for a summary view and no dynamic dashboard that is provided to the administrator. Data is all synthesized manually and sent post training.

Engaging and Supportive Learning

Kommentare: My overall experience with Attensi has been very positive. The gamified approach to learning as made training more enjoyable and engaging for our employees. I appreciate how some elements of the paltform can turn real world scenarios into interactive simulations, which has helped employees practice and refine skills in a way that feels both effective and fun.
Additionally, my interactions with the team at Attensi have been excellent. They've been responsive and helpful providing clear guidance and support whenever I have questions or plan to start a new project.

Vorteile:

I like how Attensi effectively leverages gamification to enhance the elarning journey. The way it can turn training into interactive simulations makes the process not only more engaging but also more impactful. I also like the ease of use on the platform so even those that are not tech savvy can navigate it without difficulty

Nachteile:

There is the potential for some of gamified elements within skills games can become repetitive over time. While it is engaging, that could soon wear off where employees can feel the training is more of a text box tick excercise if games are not varied enough across different modules. Maybe some new skills based games to keep the excitement going and considering more on the accessibility front. As well as this it could do with a more modernisation update.

An engaging, fun and knowledgeable platform to learn and grow

Kommentare: An extremely well thought out, laid out, relevant, engaging training platform. Keeps you wanting more and makes it enjoyable to return.

Vorteile:

Keeps things simple, while being able to get across complex information or knowledge for the learner. Lots of different mini-games and options to bring content to life. AI capabilities truly speed up creation.

Nachteile:

Would like to see an expansion of the types of mini-games. Can sometimes feel like there is not one that would match the content.

Attensi - simple, easy and fun

Kommentare: I've enjoyed using Attensi. It's easy to navigate and not daunting at all like many other authoring tools.

Kommentare: At Attensi very dedicated people make sure that your next eLearning will be not only a success but a whole new experience for your employees. No matter at which stage of our time working together, our success manager is always there for us. Such a pleasure working togehter with them!

Vorteile:

- just sad, that we do not have more resources to make even greater use of all the possibilities that the learning platform would offer us

Simple and innovative. Attensi makes digital learning fun!

Vorteile:

That it is a game-based training. It is easy to play through a module, and you can do it from your phone - which means everywhere. We also see that new employees arrive well prepared for their first day of work, which makes onboarding smoother and more time-efficient. Attensi also often come up with product news, and listen to any input we may have.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far. Attensi meets our current needs.

Gamified Training solution, easily

Vorteile:

How simple it was to set up and develop and modify. The team is engaged and responsive, willing to help and develop the best product for our needs.

Nachteile:

There was very little that I didn't like about this software of the development/support team.

A great tool to use in Learning and Development

Kommentare: Attensi contributes to a reduction in time to competency. Users enjoy the tool and love the competitive aspect too.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use and an enjoyable, interactive experience.

Nachteile:

Sometimes, the modules could be longer for complex processes.

Amazing LMS that makes training fun

Vorteile:

Attensi is easy to use and gamification turns even the most boring content into fun training.Our employees love having this platform at their fingertips (smart phone) and they continue to play through even after they complete the requirements. The repetition is key to learning and that was not possible through in person trainings. In addition to that, our business has extended hours of operations and getting everyone in one room at the same time for training was almost impossible. Attensi solved this problem for us and added the fun in learning! Wish I had this platform available sooner!

Nachteile:

Integration was easy. I wish there were some "canned" training modules that could be customized (customer service).

Attensi are the best!

Attensi is a great platform, it's really simple to use, both from a users perspective as well as an admin perspective especially when it comes to creating content using a variety of Attensi tools!

Nachteile:

The Platforms for us are working really well, there are always lots of new developments being added so it keeps it exciting for us! Nothing really to not like about the software.

Kommentare: Working with Attensi has helped to reduce our reliance on paper-based training manuals, and has made our training programmes more accessible and modern. It's also allowed for far greater tracking and recording of training completion. Attensi's working style is one of true partnership - they have been a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our needs.

Vorteile:

Our partners enjoy the accessibility and interactive nature of the Attensi platform. The competitive features (leaderboards for example) have also helped to drive engagement and repeat plays on the platform. It's a fun and engaging way for our partners to learn!

Nachteile:

The only thing for me is the organisation of the site - as we've added more and more content it has become a little overwhelming for our partners. Attensi are supporting with looking at options to improve this. There have been numerous other features that we have requested, and Attensi have been very responsive and forward-looking in developing these.

Nachteile:

Some requests are outside of the functionality at the moment. IE live feature to flag users in one position too long etc. Ease of clicking training on and off for stores in the brand rather than on or off for all. Ability to manage this locally would be good

Engaging learners in process training

Vorteile:

Attensi Process has enabled us to revolutionise our approach to process training. The gamification of process steps, with points awarded for correct actions works very well. The mini-games are highly effective for reinforcing learning. The leaderboard has proved very popular with colleagues, encouraging healthy competition to be the process champion.

Nachteile:

No dislikes, this is a great solution and has landed very positively with our colleagues

Loved this product!

Kommentare: Excellent, we have massively benefited from training of current staff and onboarding new employees.

Vorteile:

An easy to use, new, dynamic way of helping to train my team. It has both helped take some weight off my shoulders with regards to manual training and helped new startes come into the role more prepared.

Nachteile:

There is nothing that I particularly disliked about this product so far.

Fabulous

Kommentare: I was the in-house project manager for the Attensi implementation effort and working with Attensi was a fabulous experience. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was on top of everything from the time we first met to explain our ideas to her and [SENSITIVE CONTENT], to when they brainstormed about organizational change management with us, to when she provided the emails for launch. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in the adventure.

Vorteile:

Attensi modules make learning fun! Whether you're new to the company, new to the position, or have been in the position for a while, it's a great way to learn or have a refresher.

Nachteile:

The software and support was beyond what I have experienced for other implementations. I have no cons.

Great way to make learning enjoyable for corporate staff

Vorteile:

A lot of variety in the training, visually appealing and easy to understand for staff.

Nachteile:

Would be good to have it more catered to the marketing industry, as an option, although the digital adoption is suitable for this end.

Innovation at it's best !

Kommentare: Working in a retail environment means our learners do not have a lot of time to dedicate to learning but by adopting a mobile first, app based gaming methodology it has driven engagement in the content and inspired some healthy internal competition among stores. People really connected with this way of learning as it felt more like playing a game that more formal learning styles.

Vorteile:

Easy to use administration and content creation. Great collaborative working relationship with Attensi. Easy to integrate with our existing LMS technology. Engaging and innovative way to deliver training content.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I dislike about this product. It can only continue to evolve and get better and better.

Training tool right at the pulse of time

Kommentare: Very cool and innovative software. Also the Attensi team is super helpful and provides an excellent service.

Vorteile:

Attensi is a very simple, fun and straight forward training tool. I love that the product is constantly developed further and equipped with very useful features.

Nachteile:

There are often technical issues in the background, that limit the access or activities on Attensi.

A Unique Spin On Training

Kommentare: With Attensi it is easier to focus on training as it is a lot more interactive and engaging them some traditional training methods

Vorteile:

It feels innovative and interesting compared to other training programs I've done. The mobile access means I can access it when I'm away from my laptop which makes it easier to complete the various activities

Nachteile:

There haven't been any drawbacks to using this software so far
