Kommentare: Es war von Anfang an bis zum Ende der Implementierung großartiger Kundensupport. Der Start war problemlos, so das nach spätestens einer Woche das gesamte Buchungssystem problemlos angenommen und bis heute super genutzt wird. Gerade in der Testphase wurden wir bestens unterstützt.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

Ronspot gehört als Anbieter weiter oben in der google-Suche, damit mehr Kunden direkt auf Ronspot aufmerksam werden und nicht den Umweg über mehrere Anbieter machen müssen, die am Ende nicht das erfüllen, was man sich als Kunde wünscht

Kommentare: From the first contact, Ronspot representatives actively provided all the support information necessary for our decision about the product choice. A fully working demo environment was available to try the product functionality. Implementation took just a few days, including the design of the map zones. Users' adoption of the system was flawless due to the optimized GUI and native application.

Excellent Desk and Car Park Booking system

Kommentare: Its a positive experience and assisted in the move to hybrid working in our organisation. The quick response by Ronspot support for any help we needed in installing the system, training and the ongoing management of the system made managing the Ronspot system easy which freed my team up to carry out other essential duties.

Vorteile:

The system is easy to use for staff on their laptop or mobile device. It allows us to manage staff attending the office and gives assurance to staff that they have a desk when travelling to the office. Ronspot provided us with training when we initialised the system which was useful to familiarise staff with its operation.

Nachteile:

I did not have anything I didn't like about the system. Any issues that arose with its operation or where we required additional help setting up groups on the system was quickly dealt with by the Ronspot support team.

Vorteile:

Having the option to be able to print reports and download them and export them is helpful

Nachteile:

Creates problems when cars are parked in violation, generates notifications that go to admin in offices instead of directly notifying the user in violation.

Kommentare: Overall experience was excellent. [sensitive content hidden] were great to deal with. Really quick to reply and very patient when it came to making sure our needs were met. We have a complicated system with a lot of people travelling between 4 different offices.
The online user training sessions were also a huge benefit.

Vorteile:

Ease of use for our Employees especially on Mobile app. Employees have commented on how much quicker it is to go into find a desk in comparison to a previous app that we had in place.

Nachteile:

Once it was all setup there was very little that I didn't like. Due to our complicated Office structure there was a lot to setup in the background but assistance from Ronspot was excellent

Easy and engaging

Kommentare: My overall experience with Ronspot is very positive. It helps us to manage possible conflicts when sharing desks and meeting room during reconstruction of our offices. A possibilty to use Ronspot for parking spots booking is open for the future, as the spots will be equipped with electric chargers raising the importance of booking and parking spots management. User acceptance is smooth, thanks to self-explanatory design of mobile and web user interfaces.

Vorteile:

Easy of use and fast implemenation. I managed that in two days, starting with learing the RONSPOT till two zoned ready for use to our users. I appreciate three-in-one application concept: desk, parking and meeting room bookings. Mobile application is easy to use and has a clean accomodating design.

Nachteile:

I'd appreciate the improvement of map designer: copy and move all blocks of map together on the canvas, place desks right next to the walls, don't rotate spot numbers together with desk rotation (text is upside down), desk spot list to keep preset items per page (now it always resets to 10), minor bugfixes like ability to attached/change zone picture not just upon zone creation but also later, to keep my preset order at Desk Post List (sorting by selects columns), not insist on Half Refund setting upon zone creration when I don't what to use it at all etc.

Kommentare: The setup and support throughout the initial implementation phase was first class. Very accommodating and catered for our complex needs.

Vorteile:

Easy to use and navigate through, both from a user and admin perspective. The way the application is setup allows for an easy transition to desk booking.

Nachteile:

Haven't found any real issues with Ronspot

Kommentare: The account manager has been very welcoming and has always responded and helped us.

Vorteile:

The UX and the ease of use of the software.

Nachteile:

There where a few problems about the engeneering of the software, but they helped us.

First feedback POC

Kommentare: We use Ronspot to cover the need of a tool for our POC flexoffice

Vorteile:

The facility to deploy on computer and Phones.

Nachteile:

Updates are not live updates. This is problematic in some cases

It's a product needed for all offices experiencing car park issues/complaints.

Kommentare: Amazing. This is a blessing and has improved both FM and customer experience when using the car park.

Vorteile:

Easy to use. Great customer experience. Provides useful analytics. It manages the car park with very little involvement.

Nachteile:

A feature that is missing would be FM to be able to report infringements or support audits.

Kommentare: Nous l'utilisons au quotidien dans notre entreprise sans aucun soucis, les utilisateurs en sont ravis.

Vorteile:

C'est une application simple d'utilisation et très complète pour un coût tout a faire raisonnable ! Je la recommande donc vivement

Nachteile:

Pas de point négatif pour ma part. Peut-être qu'un mode déconnecté serait un plus lorsque l'on se trouve dans un parking sans connexion pour pouvoir signaler un véhicule mal garé par exemple.

Kommentare: Mon expérience est celles des utilisateurs est plus que que satisfaisante, car il s'adapte à tous via l'utilisation des smartphone ainsi que sur PC. il est possible de voir l'ensemble des ces réservations

Vorteile:

La simplicité de configuration et d'intégration du logiciel. L'utilisation et les différentes options pour adapter l'outil à notre propre configuration. Le support qui est réactif et qui nous apporte un soutien à la mise en place. Utilisation de l'outil via SMARTPHONE et Pc.

Nachteile:

Je n'est pas d'avis à ce sujet car nous n'avons pas eu un problème qui n'a put être réglé.

Un outil efficace et facile d'utilisation

Kommentare: L'outil correspond tout à fait à nos attentes et à nos besoins. Grâce à ce logiciel, nos collaborateurs peuvent venir dans nos bureaux à leur guise.

Vorteile:

Convivial et simple d'utilisation : il est facile de réserver sa place de stationnement/bureau. De plus, l'administrateur peut visualiser rapidement l'utilisation de l'outil et faire des rappels réguliers sur son utilisation.

Nachteile:

A ce jour, je ne vois aucun point négatif.

Booking desks via the map functionality is very easy

Some settings can´t be done by ourselves (especially bulk operations)

Ronspot is an easy to setup and use application for desk reservation

Kommentare: Good client service and assistance to setup the environment. Easy to roll-out to all our employees. And no problems in usage of the application.

Its easy to use and able to book the desk in less then a minute.

Nachteile:

The app should remember the previous booked location and directed to that floor for current or future booking if desks are available.

Desk Booking made Easy

Kommentare: We like the visibility of who is in the office. I would like colours for teams so that they can books seats together at a glance.

Vorteile:

It is easy to set up, user friendly, secure and encourages the use of the office.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it has glitches and issues, I would like an alert when it is known to be not working so that I can advise my staff.

Parking Management

Kommentare: Our office is based on a business park with allocated spaces and not enough to go round, there is also very limited offsite parking. Our team is happy that they know when they have a parking space before they arrive at work. It has taken away the worry of not being able to park and is also encouraging a more hybrid working culture.

Vorteile:

Being able to personalise to our business. As administrator, I like that I can oversee everything in the portal and make changes to suit the service that we need. The parking changes in real time, so that bays can be booked at the last minute. Customer support is also good and any queries or problems are responded to and sorted quickly.

Nachteile:

So far the system has worked well for us and we haven't had many set up issues. I would like to be able to book out our visitor bays for people who aren't registered on the system, by the hour. I believe this is something that is in the pipeline and we did find a workaround, that solved the issue.
