Terrific for welcoming and delighting teams

Kommentare: Welcoming and delighting teams has been challenging during the pandemic and moving to a more remote working environment. I’ve used the service to welcome new team members and offer a bit of delight. Each time, teammates express that the service is fantastic and fun. Additionally, because of privacy concerns with mailing addresses, I can just email or text a link.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, broad selection for unique tastes, branding options, and support for the privacy of team members' mailing addresses. As a design leader, I give the experience a high grade!

Nachteile:

The numerous add-ons can be distracting.

Kommentare: Overall I'd give it a 4/5! I get things happen when dealing with shipping so I understand. I do remember receiving a box last year and I wasn't to big of a fan. So happy I went with the wings this year!

Vorteile:

I really enjoyed that there was a huge option to choose from. Especially having kits already built, such as the chicken wing savory kit. Excited to try it.

Nachteile:

Unfortunately my bag of chips were popped prior to receiving it so a few things got greasy inside of the box because of the chips.

It does not give money back guarantee in case if the receiver don't like the gift.

Snack magic has a wide array of gifts to choose from. One can choose and send gifts to all parts of the world since it is functional everywhere. The best feature which I liked about it was I had to send DIWALI gifts to my colleagues in different parts of the globe. The platform helped me decide on a budget for my gift. Now I just sent the snack magic link to my colleagues and they could choose what they wanted to gift themself. the best part was depending on my budget item in the gift hamper increased or decreased, but my colleagues could choose anything on the website

Nachteile:

There is nothing to dislike. I would give it full marks

Kommentare: It was great. I would definitely recommend this to any business that gifts employees and partners. There were great varieties and options, including office supplies. The order was easy to place and the unboxing was exciting. Most important, the snacks were yummy.

It was a little confusing at first. It was my first time. Navigating back to the main menu after selecting something was tricky.

Great Selection

Kommentare: This product has helped our team show appreciation to the teams without leaving out contractors.

Vorteile:

My team has sent out SnackMagic gifts to our team a few times over the past several years to acknowledge and show appreciation for successful delivery across the team. SnackMagic works well for teams of contractors and FTEs and has a mix of both food and non-food items. There are enough options that there is always something new to select each time I've been gifted one!

Nachteile:

Some of the bakery or other niche items are high priced, but on the whole, prices are reasonable and there are plenty of other options.

Kommentare: I love what I ordered and it was delivered to me much faster then I was told it would be. I placed my order on 10/21 and received my delivery on 10/26.

Vorteile:

The program was easy to navigate and find what I wanted.

Nachteile:

So many options it made it hard to pick something since I only had a $50 budget.

I was really excited when my Snack magic box arrived at my doorstep, the box is appealing.

Kommentare: I enjoyed getting the snack Box, I really enjoyed the sparkling Hibiscus drinks and the Blueberry sparkling beverages.

Vorteile:

I liked most that the snack items and drinks were individually wrapped, it was exciting to unwrap every item, I could not wait to see the packages.

Nachteile:

One of my Hibiscus Can drinks were busted, which caused much of the box to be wet and messy.

SnackMagic does so many things right:- Great snacks that are really unique and not easy to find- Easy to use website with minimal struggle to understand- Well organized website for selecting- Great customer care by providing great tracking, packaging, and even a free mystery item!

Nachteile:

Removing items from your cart was a bit confusing, but I got the hang out it. Overall a pretty simple site to manage.

Products are good and healthy. Plus the snacks are delicious and I can always share with my friends who will recommend your products to others.

Nachteile:

The fact that the healthy products goes so fast.... unavailable quickly. Plus I sometimes loose a few dollars because of how the prices adds up and I do not want to go over my budget.

Perfect Employee Recognition Product

Kommentare: This is an awesome project. My colleagues love their snacks and have really enjoyed sharing their favorite products from the box and are excited to help vote on what curated box they will get next. So much fun and so easy!

Vorteile:

SnackMagic was perfect for what our team needed for employee recognition! This product has a lot of bang for your buck, easy to use/purchase, with rave reviews from consumers! I loved that it was so easy to add any add-ons if needed, and I didn't have to be responsible for inputting every address for my colleagues to get their box. Easy to use, affordable, and fun!

Nachteile:

I had some confusion about what message was going to my employees when I made my order. However, I know for next time how I want that message to look.

Snack Magin for corporate use

Vorteile:

Snack Magic is extremely easy to use as a perk for groups of employees. Their website with a variety of categorized products is nice and the themed bundles are a good convenience feature. Delivery is always very quick.

Nachteile:

Pricing for some items is too high. Product selection in some categories is limited and seems very random.

Amazingly Great Products!

You Choose & the Anticipation is Exciting!

Vorteile:

I love that the company keeps you up to date throughout the whole process. They will send a notification once your order is received, when they start packaging, and when you can expect your box to be delivered!

Nachteile:

I left my cart open for a couple of days, when I went back in to submit - no more were in stock, I had to release the item because it was no longer available. Not a big draw back but it was a bummer.

Kommentare: Excellent! I had a feedback call with their team and they were very receptive to all the feedback (99% positive) that I shared.

Vorteile:

We have a team of over 20 people, and around half of them do not live in the USA. We wanted a simple way to send gifts to our team members - no matter where they are. Snack Magic makes it easy to either send a specific box to anyone (even if you don't have their email address - you can get a link to share by text or wherever). OR you can let people choose something that they'll definitely like. The international shipping is a breeze - recipients enter their own address so you don't need that either.

Nachteile:

The only thing I didn't like is that you can't preview what people can order from different countries. But, as I once ordered a box to Mexico, I know that the variety is great even outside the US.

Kommentare: The benefits are immense. Immediate response, people attend events, employees feel blessed and appreciaed. The curated experience is very personalized and everyone finds something they want. It's fun, like a game to pick and stay within budget...

It is an easy way to impress clients/employees and with their multi platforms, I feel blessed to be able to use them for many years and purposes to come

I really don't see much to be improved thus far.
