Kommentare: Wie bereits geschrieben, erleichtert mir To Do die Arbeit, da ich alles übersichtlich aufgelistet habe, was noch ansteht und zu erledigen ist und somit nicht mehr alles im Kopf behalten muss oder auf Zettel schreibe, die manchmal irgendwann verloren gehen können.
Die Handhabung ist einfach und man kann seine Aufgaben abhaken und die bereits erledigten Aufgaben auch nochmal anschauen.

Vorteile:

Die Möglichkeit eine Übersicht für seine Täglichen oder langfristigen Aufgaben zu erhalten. Wiedervorlage ist mit To Do viel effektiver und die Post-It Wirtschaft konnte von meinem Schreibtisch verschwinden.

Nachteile:

Es gibt eigentlich nichts was ich als Nachteil bezeichnen würde, da es eine simple App mit einfacher/selbsterklärender Bedienung ist.

Microsoft To Do ein perfekter Aufgaben Planer

Vorteile:

Sehr hilfreiches Tool für die Strukturierung von Aufgaben! Microsoft To Do hat eine sehr leicht zu bedienene Oberfläche und durch die Integration in Microsoft 365 ist es mit Abstand das praktischste Strukturierungs Tool in einer Microsoft Umgebung. Da die Listen auch mit Kollegen geteilt werden können, können auch Projekt Abläufe perfekt über das Tool erledigt werden.

Nachteile:

Keine Offline Funktionalität; Notizen sollten auch unterwegs/offline abrufbar sein. Da das Tool sehr simpel gehalten ist, fehlt an einigen Stellen die Komplexität, wie z.B; Filteroptionen oder Berichterstattungen von Aufgaben

To Do Liste mit praktischen Integrationen in Planner und Outlook

Vorteile:

Die Integrationen in das M365 Ökosystem. Markierte Mails sowie zugewiesene Aufgaben werden aus Planner in To Do angezeigt und können einfach abgearbeitet werden.

Nachteile:

Aufgaben aus Integrationen wie Mails und Planner können nicht im vollen Funktionsumfang bearbeitet werden.

Einfaches Tool zur Aufgabenorganisation

Vorteile:

-Schnelle und einfache Bedienbarkeit -Keine Zettelsammlungen mit unübersichtlichen To-Do's -gute Möglichkeiten mit Kollegen zusammen zu arbeiten -Hinterlegung von Terminen

Kommentare: Schlicht, einfach und simpel. So sind Aufgaben schnell erfasst und verwaltet. Man behält sehr gut den Überlick.

Vorteile:

Die App ist sehr einfach gehalten. Kein Schnickschnack - Sie macht genau das, was sie soll. Nämlich meine To Do's verwalten.

Nachteile:

Es gibt keinen wirklichen negativen Punkt in meinen Augen.

Kommentare: Eine insgesamt tolle App, die für sehr viele geeignet ist.

Vorteile:

Microsoft To Do ist kostenlos und kann deshalb von allen genutzt werden. Das Design ist anpassbar und keine Funktionen fehlen.

Nachteile:

Leider ist Microsoft To Do von Microsoft und die App erfasst von einem Daten.

Einfaches, kostenloses Tool

Kommentare: Ich kann dieses Tool ist selbst für Einsteiger bestens geeignet, da es sehr einfach zu bedienen ist.

Vorteile:

Einfach zu bedienendes Tool zur Aufgabenverwaltung. Nur mit den nötigsten Funktionen ausgestattet, die in jedem Fall aber auch ausreichend sind. Praktische Erinnerungsfunktion. Vorteilhaft ist die Synchronisationsfunktion zur Verknüpfung mit anderen Geräten.

Nachteile:

Kommentare: I use To Do to manage my own to-dos, including those assigned to me in any of the various Planner Plans I am part of.

Vorteile:

Within the To Do pane, I can manage my own lists as well as Planner tasks that have been assigned to me. It's a more flexible interface than Planner, and provides a lighter, more mobile-friendly task experience. Further, To Do's My Day planning approach is simple but brilliant: start every day with a blank slate.

Nachteile:

To Do doesn't do much natural language processing. The web app has been slow and difficult to use for years. To Do doesn't bring many high-bore features, such as Gantt charting, but it doesn't need to.

Stay organised with To Do

Kommentare: I love To Do and use it every day for teams that I am part of, as well as managing my own daily tasks and reminders.

Vorteile:

Super easy to use and perfect for collaborative task management. The ability to bolt onto Teams as an app is also a real advantage too, minimising the need to utilise multiple systems simultaneously.

Nachteile:

No obvious flaws for me… It’s appeal is in its simplicity, so the inclusion of additional features may not be a good thing!

A Simple Task Organizer Tool

Kommentare: I can use it easily and on the go to add and complete tasks.

Vorteile:

It has taken the place of my written daily planner. It's more convenient and automatically schedules my tasks for business, personal and other M365 Apps. It's easy to use.

Nachteile:

It's somewhat simplistic for people who have many tasks and management duties and assignments.

Seamless task management and scheduling application

Kommentare: The sync works just perfectly I can create a task on my laptop version of To do and in less than a second it syncs to my mobile .

Vorteile:

A list can be created and any no of tasks can be added to it and It syncs easily to all the connected devices seamlessly.I like the feature that Tasks can be set with a deadline and notifications are sent out as the deadline is approached.

Nachteile:

Good product with just the right features nothing to dislike!

Vorteile:

I like that it's easy to use and free! It's simple to use for everyday tasks. I use it daily!

Nachteile:

It's too simple for bigger projects. It doesn't have enough options for organizing things. I can't easily share my lists with clients.

Simple and Effective

Kommentare: I use Microsoft To Do practically every day that I am at work. It's easy to make my list in the morning when I first get to the office, add things throughout the day if needed, and mark things off once they're completed. It's very simple, but extremely helpful as well.

Vorteile:

Easy to use, and is incorporated with other Microsoft programs which I use daily.

Nachteile:

I can't really think of anything since it's very easy to do.

My Go-To Task Management Tool

Kommentare: This is my go-to task management tool. It has been the first thing I check at the beginning of each work day and helps me manage tasks, task priority, and due dates.

Vorteile:

The integration with other MS tools such as Outlook and Teams

Nachteile:

There needs to be better options for templating repetitive tasks and copyingtasks to different groups

To do is a very good application to generate productivity in the team

Kommentare: An experience 10 out of 10 we have had greater productivity with the program in this sense it has been particularly interesting to work with it, the completion of tasks and task lists is easy to generate, we also love that since it is a Microsoft product it can have compatibility with Other products that we use from Microsoft such as Outlook and Microsoft Planner, Word, etc.

Vorteile:

I love that when the program is opened it generates reminder notifications of the pending tasks that need to be completed, I think it is a very good assistant for all software developers. It also keeps a productivity count and this means that at the end of the day we can see how far we have progressed in our work and at what point we can say that we are already in a safe rest zone to be able to jump to the next project.

Nachteile:

There have been occasional deadline reminders and the program arbitrarily changed the deadline for another similar task that we were generating. It is a technical error that was solved by contacting support, but I am grateful that there was such a willingness to solve this.

Microsoft To Do Makes Task Management Easy

Vorteile:

Its simplicity means that it is great at the thing it does, which is being a to do list. There isn't too much noise, or loads of functionality that isn't needed. It's simple to use, and does it well.

Nachteile:

Perhaps the UI could look a bit more modern.

Useful but Underwhelming

Kommentare: I think that there is potential for it if it can be paired with Planner, Loop and DevOps.

Vorteile:

I liked that it would alert you if you had something that was vital to be completed, and it allowed me to set other teammates todos as well.

Nachteile:

I really didn’t like that when I didn’t want to receive messages, it was cumbersome to turn off. It’s an all or nothing sort of thing.
