Vorteile:

Sehr hilfreiches Tool für die Strukturierung von Aufgaben! Microsoft To Do hat eine sehr leicht zu bedienene Oberfläche und durch die Integration in Microsoft 365 ist es mit Abstand das praktischste Strukturierungs Tool in einer Microsoft Umgebung. Da die Listen auch mit Kollegen geteilt werden können, können auch Projekt Abläufe perfekt über das Tool erledigt werden.

Nachteile:

Keine Offline Funktionalität; Notizen sollten auch unterwegs/offline abrufbar sein. Da das Tool sehr simpel gehalten ist, fehlt an einigen Stellen die Komplexität, wie z.B; Filteroptionen oder Berichterstattungen von Aufgaben

Sehr zufrieden mit dieser Denkstütze!

Kommentare: Wie bereits geschrieben, erleichtert mir To Do die Arbeit, da ich alles übersichtlich aufgelistet habe, was noch ansteht und zu erledigen ist und somit nicht mehr alles im Kopf behalten muss oder auf Zettel schreibe, die manchmal irgendwann verloren gehen können.
Die Handhabung ist einfach und man kann seine Aufgaben abhaken und die bereits erledigten Aufgaben auch nochmal anschauen.

Vorteile:

Die Möglichkeit eine Übersicht für seine Täglichen oder langfristigen Aufgaben zu erhalten. Wiedervorlage ist mit To Do viel effektiver und die Post-It Wirtschaft konnte von meinem Schreibtisch verschwinden.

Nachteile:

Es gibt eigentlich nichts was ich als Nachteil bezeichnen würde, da es eine simple App mit einfacher/selbsterklärender Bedienung ist.

Nicht mehr ohne MTD

Kommentare: Schlicht, einfach und simpel. So sind Aufgaben schnell erfasst und verwaltet. Man behält sehr gut den Überlick.

Vorteile:

Die App ist sehr einfach gehalten. Kein Schnickschnack - Sie macht genau das, was sie soll. Nämlich meine To Do's verwalten.

Nachteile:

Es gibt keinen wirklichen negativen Punkt in meinen Augen.

Kommentare: Ich kann dieses Tool ist selbst für Einsteiger bestens geeignet, da es sehr einfach zu bedienen ist.

Vorteile:

Einfach zu bedienendes Tool zur Aufgabenverwaltung. Nur mit den nötigsten Funktionen ausgestattet, die in jedem Fall aber auch ausreichend sind. Praktische Erinnerungsfunktion. Vorteilhaft ist die Synchronisationsfunktion zur Verknüpfung mit anderen Geräten.

Kommentare: Eine insgesamt tolle App, die für sehr viele geeignet ist.

Vorteile:

Microsoft To Do ist kostenlos und kann deshalb von allen genutzt werden. Das Design ist anpassbar und keine Funktionen fehlen.

Nachteile:

Leider ist Microsoft To Do von Microsoft und die App erfasst von einem Daten.

A simplified project management tool

Kommentare: Used wunderlist for so many years, it made my life easier both in work and personal related tasks. In the last years the mobile application became really unstable and we had to migrate to Microsoft TODO

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, create multiple lists and add tasks inside the list. You can share your lists with other team members and assign tasks to them. You will get reminders when a task is due.

Nachteile:

The software is a great task list software but not a fully developed project management tool, it lacks collaboration tools and you can't create a timeline.

Succeeds by simplicity--and Microsoft integrations

Kommentare: I use To Do to manage my own to-dos, including those assigned to me in any of the various Planner Plans I am part of.

Vorteile:

Within the To Do pane, I can manage my own lists as well as Planner tasks that have been assigned to me. It's a more flexible interface than Planner, and provides a lighter, more mobile-friendly task experience. Further, To Do's My Day planning approach is simple but brilliant: start every day with a blank slate.

Nachteile:

To Do doesn't do much natural language processing. The web app has been slow and difficult to use for years. To Do doesn't bring many high-bore features, such as Gantt charting, but it doesn't need to.

To-Do App is a good, simple solution

Vorteile:

Easy to add tasks and easy to share a task list with several people.

Nachteile:

Takes multiple clicks to set deadline dates or dates to trigger reminders.

A neat solution, though far from perfect

Kommentare: Although it's quite an elegant solution overall (Microsoft has partnered with Wunderlist, so they must have seen something in it), it has a bit too many quirks and design flaws for my taste. All the basic functionality is there, the synchronization works seamlessly, and the app is visually appealing, but I wouldn't describe the whole experience with the interface as very smooth or extremely intuitive.

Vorteile:

It's clean and simple, syncs quite well across devices (web interface and apps available, with widgets and even a browser add-on), and has some basic GTD functionality (though far from a complete solution).

Nachteile:

Editing tasks is a bit of a nuisance because you have to double click on a task to access its data. Even editing a task name is a bit of a faff. Also, dragging tasks is not hassle-free, e.g. you have to grab the left edge of the task strip (which is not indicated visually except by a "hand" once you're actually hovering on the edge), but when you are in the Today list, although the hand appears as well, the tasks are not draggable for some reason (I struggled quite a lot with this, thinking this was a bug, but apparently it's by design - albeit very poor design, in my view). What I also find very annoying is that when I type in a link in a task description, it is converted to an actual link that works only until you click it, after which (once the target url is opened) it becomes just text and you have to click in some blank area to make it clickable again. It's all a bit inconsistent: you can drag tasks to other lists, but you can't drag a list to another folder; you have to right-click and "move to". All in all, it doesn't make for a very smooth experience.

Best App for tracking to do's

Kommentare: I do use on a daily base. Mostly for the tasks that need to be completed but do not have a specific timeframe.

Vorteile:

Its easy-to-use approach. It works well across devices and sync really fast.

Nachteile:

The reminder feature could do some improvements, I usually miss some tasks due to silencing the reminder or ignoring. Maybe a different prompt that really requires your attention to simple "dismiss" the reminder.

To do is a very good application to generate productivity in the team

Kommentare: An experience 10 out of 10 we have had greater productivity with the program in this sense it has been particularly interesting to work with it, the completion of tasks and task lists is easy to generate, we also love that since it is a Microsoft product it can have compatibility with Other products that we use from Microsoft such as Outlook and Microsoft Planner, Word, etc.

Vorteile:

I love that when the program is opened it generates reminder notifications of the pending tasks that need to be completed, I think it is a very good assistant for all software developers. It also keeps a productivity count and this means that at the end of the day we can see how far we have progressed in our work and at what point we can say that we are already in a safe rest zone to be able to jump to the next project.

Nachteile:

There have been occasional deadline reminders and the program arbitrarily changed the deadline for another similar task that we were generating. It is a technical error that was solved by contacting support, but I am grateful that there was such a willingness to solve this.

A better way to schedule your day

Kommentare: My overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. This application works well.

Vorteile:

Microsoft To Do has a simple, clean interface which visually represents my tasks in a way that is easy to comprehend. To Do allows me to get an accurate view of my tasks without overwhelming me.

Nachteile:

I don't think Microsoft To Do has enough features. I feel like there must be additional programs that could be integrated to make the service even more useful.

Amazing for my day to day functioning

I use the app to brainstorm my life and keep both my work and personal life in balance. I like the bucket system, which allows me to separate my ideas and to do lists into different categories

Nachteile:

I wish I could change the names or hide of the "Today", "Tommorow" and "Someday" as I don't want to organise my tasks with dates sometimes

Great tool to have a control of tasks

Kommentare: This tool helped me to remind every step or task that i should do, before i forgot most of them, now my boss and I can follow each task with a great efficiency.

Great but unfortunately available through Microsoft Store

Kommentare: Microsoft To Do is a formidable software in the tasks management category and works fine both in Windows or mobile. Unluckily I had to come back to pen and paper, since I couldn't get used to any other competitor, because of a Microsoft Store flaw, which is a shame.

Vorteile:

With Microsoft To Do you can works through lists and task. These tasks can be divided in sub tasks and you can define conclusion date, repetition and even attach files. For me, the best is the My Day feature, a special list where you can pull tasks to this very day backlog, which helps you to focus in what you should deliver today. You can set some tasks as important, filter tasks by the conclusion date and add other people to lists as well.

Nachteile:

For me, the greatest con is being available through Microsoft Store, which Microsoft doesn't put much effort to work. Since I signed to Xbox Game Pass and tried to install a included game, nothing more can be download in Microsoft Store, making impossible to install To Do and any other app available there.

the perfect bridge to connect your professional and personal lives

Kommentare: Microsoft To-Do allows me to never lose track or forget about the little details of my day like visits to the mechanic, doctor's appointments and family occasions. Beyond task sharing which can be a little difficult sometimes, all the ToDo features function exceptionally well and have really allowed me to better coordinate my personal and professional lives.

Vorteile:

Microsoft To-Do is designed to make usage as uncomplicated and effective as possible. The app is neatly organized into sections that make navigation, entry additions, editing or deletion as simple as possible. It has helped me to better merge my professional engagements with my personal obligations in a way that causes as few clashes as possible.

Nachteile:

Not being able to move items from one list to another is a real headscratcher for me. And also, there should be a settings option one could check to automate moving uncompleted tasks to subsequent days.

To Do or not to do- Microsoft to do

Kommentare: Overall Microsoft to do is one of the top of the line programs and software for companies not only like mine but I'm sure that other companies can use this as well for the cost of the software for a company it's worth every penny and its way of gold because of the way it brings not only every member of your team together but it also makes them a well-oiled machine in delivering the product to a customer in a given time and a given manner and it keeps everybody on board everybody working as a team I couldn't ask for a better program for my company and hopefully you can't for yours

The features that we as a company alike about Microsoft to do are one that we love the fact that we can schedule a task that we can have subtask situations as well as a timeline of when that task should be finished we also love that it's mobile and that there are file sharing and ways that other employees or other members of the team can see that task and how it's progressing as well as has the tab the test that they're working on scene as progressively being done

Nachteile:

At this point I don't see anything about the Microsoft to do software that we're not happy with we are extremely happy with it we use it on a daily basis and we have no complaints

Smart Scheduling!!

As a freelancer and a part time employee there are bunch of different projects that I handle so remembering all those tasks and scheduling meetings was really difficult for me but with To Do it became a piece of cake for me. Moreover I save a good amount time as using this software is really easy and conveninet. Other than the Cost that I have to bear to use this platform, I am very much satisfied with this software.

Microsoft To Do is one of the best scheduling software available in the market right now. It comes with many required features and function that provides you a very good scheduling experience. Being a freelancer I have lots of work and project to maintain so, I really need to have a proper list of tasks where I can set remainders for my meetings as well as my project submission dates.I also need have to keep the record of the progress I have been making on my work. I have been using this platform for above 6 months now and ever since then I have never missed any important task present in my to do list .You will receive regular alerts and notifications of the list that you will create on to do and even the list creation is very easy just a few clicks will do the work for you.

Nachteile:

My experience with Microsoft to do has been really good but there are some loopholes in this software as well and one such is it's application on mobile. With the kind of features this platform provides it is very difficult to carry those tasks on mobile phones and if you want it to run smoothly even on your Android phones then you need to have an expensive one with you. The cost of using this software is higher than other similar softwares available. You also require to have a continuous and stable internet connection while making updates and using tools such as Microsoft meet with it.

Great for keeping on track.

Kommentare: Since we introduced Wunderlist to our business, we really seem to stay on top of things. If you remember something needs to be done, you can easily open the app and add it to the To-Do list and assign it to the proper staff member. As the owner, I can easily track what has been accomplished or the amount of progress that has been made on an assignment. It seems to motivate everyone to quickly get things checked off the list and move on to the next task. It has definitely been an asset to our company.

Vorteile:

This app is wonderful for keeping tasks organized and on track. What we love most is the ability to assign tasks to others, share information, and make notes, and work together to finish tasks quickly and efficiently. It's a bonus that you can use it not only for business, but personal tasks as well, while keeping all of the "to- dos" separate. We love that it works equally as well on our laptops, tablets, and phones.

Nachteile:

I tried to find something I dislike about this app, but I could not. Maybe they could add a larger selection of backgrounds.

A must have for personal productivity

Kommentare: Microsoft To Do has been a very useful program for me since I began using it to track my personal tasks and activities. Managing my domestic tasks and activities no longer has to be done with colored sticky notes plastered all over my house, To Do gives me similar simplicity with exponentially more functionality. What's not to like?

Vorteile:

The user interface was designed for maximum utility for all kinds of product users. Adding tasks and subtasks and tracking them is as easy as can be imagined, with zero complexity and complication. Managing reminders and notifications, sharing updates on tasks, and several more tools and features make it a very refreshing change to the usually complicated task tracking tools I use for my official tasks and activities.

Nachteile:

For the purposes for which I got MS To Do, it has served me perfectly and I have no single issue to complain about.
