Hilfreiche Kollaborationsoftware für Projekte und Zusammenarbeit

Kommentare: Mein gesamteindruck ich empfehle alle Leute, die auf der Suche nach ein Kollaborationssoftware die Ihre Projekte.

Vorteile:

1. für die Aufgabenplanung und Projektmanagement finde ich sehr hilfreiche Software, da es richtig viele Futures und Tools, die man den nutzen kann, um der Arbeit zu verbessern und schneller machen.

Nachteile:

Die einzige nachteile von meiner Seite, dass Trello kein direkte bearbeitung von Dokumente in der Software selbst. Also man muss immer die Dokumente herunterladen und bearbeiten und wieder hochladen.

Übersicht für Aufgaben

Kommentare: Trello hilft mir in vielen Lebenslagen, Privat, in der Familie, im Beruf, im Verein, ... beim Managen von Aufgaben.

Vorteile:

Einfache Bedienung auf vielen Endgeräten

Nachteile:

Unübersichtliche Team-, Board und Preisstruktur. Unterschiedliches Verhalten auf verschiedenen Systemen.

Trello perfekte Tool!

Kommentare: Trello ist für jedermann etwas und dazu ist die kostenlose Version alleine schon das A & O!

Vorteile:

Ich liebe es da man simpel Aufgaben teilen kann und sieht wer was geändert hat.

Nachteile:

Würde mir wünschen, dass man die Trello Liste in eigene Webseiten integrieren kann.

Sehr geiles Tool um mit Kanban zu starten

Kommentare: Sehr guter Eindruck.
Für den schnellen Einstieg in ein Projektmanagement Tool meine volle Empfehlung. Wird es komplexer, kommt man an die Grenzen und sollte nach den Alternativen Ausschau halten.

Vorteile:

Es ist kostenlos nutzbar und bietet dabei schon einen enormen Nutzenumfang. Dabei ist es einfach und intuitiv bedienbar, was die Nutzung von Anfang an zu einer Freude macht.

Nachteile:

Man stößt bei der Individualisierung sehr schnell an Grenzen, selbst in der bezahlten Variante kann man die Karten nur sehr begrenzt auf seine Bedürfnisse anpassen.

Vorteile:

Das ich eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen grafischen Möglichkeiten habe und eine Kette an weiterführende Ideen und Visionen visualisieren kann

Nachteile:

hierzu fällt mir gerade nichts ein. Gibt es schon eine App?

Gutes Tool zur Überwachung und Planung von Projekten

Kommentare: Trello ist ein sehr gutes Tool, um Projekte zu begleiten und zu überwachen. Wenn alle Nutzer das gleiche Verständnis von der Nutzung haben, ist es eine zuverlässige Wissensquelle, um aktuelle Arbeitsstände transparent zusammenzutragen. Besonders hilfreich ist die Verteilung von Zuständigkeiten und die Möglichkeit, über Veränderungen informiert zu werden.

Vorteile:

Das Tool ist intuitiv nutzbar und man hat sich - ohne größere Einarbeitung - schnell mit ihm vertraut gemacht. Die Übersichtlichkeit und auch die Möglichkeit zur Individualisierung ist sehr hilfreich.

Nachteile:

Bei vielen Projektstufen und Nutzern kann es zum Teil etwas unübersichtlich sein. Des Weiteren ist es wichtig, dass alle Beteiligten und Nutzer das Tool verwenden und auch entsprechend aktualisieren.

Super Programme

Die Echtzeit Verfolgung von Prozesse und Abläufe. Genaue Angabe und Informationen

Nachteile:

Finde das Programm ins gesamt sehr gut gebaut.

Gutes Tool zur Organisation von Aufgaben

Vorteile:

- sehr intuitiv & einfach zu nutzen - Zusammenarbeit im Team gut möglich - Adons (z.B. Storypoints) verfügbar

Nachteile:

- Performance: das Tool ist leider oft sehr langsam oder reagiert gar nicht

Trello macht das Task-Management schnelll und einfach

Kommentare: Insgesamt klappt die Arbeit mit Trello im Team sehr gut, durch das neuste Update kamen sehr viele nützliche Funktionen dazu. Nur eins vermisse ich: Ich kann die Tasks nicht Uhrzeit-Genau mit meinem Kalender Synchronisieren.

Vorteile:

Ich arbeite bei Projekten gerne mit Trello, weil es günstig und schnell verfügbar ist. Andere Tools bieten teilweise mehr Funktionen, hier schätze ich, dass es reduziert ist und das macht, was es soll.

Nachteile:

Das Team-Management ist manchmal etwas schwierig und könnte besser sein. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt den ich habe.

Einfaches und sehr praktisches Projektmanagement-Tool

Ich liebe Trello als sehr übersichtliches Tool, um Projekte und Aufgaben in einem Board zu planen. Perfekt für die Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Nachteile:

Bislang vermisse ich kein Feature, auch die App ist hilfreich.

Projektplanung und Verfolgung im Team

Vorteile:

Schnelle Erstellung von Teamaufgaben und die damit verbundene Übersicht wer was macht und wie der aktuelle Stand des oder der Projekte ist.

Nachteile:

Wir konnten bisher keine Probleme feststellen, es war für alle im Team sofort intuitiv bedienbar und liess sich ohne Probleme in die täglichen Prozesse mit einbinden. Sorry.

Mir persönlich zu bunt, aber als Kanban Board sicher nicht schlecht

Vorteile:

Trello hat vielfältige Möglichkeiten es zu nutzen, eben nicht als Kanban Board allein (wobei ich es tatsächlich fast nur als solches nutze), z.B. Tabellen, sogar Karten und Kalender

Nachteile:

Ich nutze es eigentlich nur als Kanban Board weil alle anderen Funktionen durch andere Software abgedeckt werden und das Board selbst ist mir häufig zu unübersichtlich, weil zu viele Farbcodes. Das ist aber sicher eine Frage individueller Präferenz.

Nachteile:

Eine bessere Teams Integration wäre wünschenswert

Vorteile:

Einen tollen Überblick mit sämtlichen Informationen, welche von mehreren Teilnehmern angehängt werden können. Sehr modern aufgebaut und logisch in der Nutzung. Super für die Nutzung am iPad.

Nachteile:

Software muss oftmals erst in das Unternehmen Implementiert werden, was Überzeugungskraft kostet.

Vielseitiges Tool

Kommentare: Top Tool für Unternehmer, kann es nur empfehlen.

Vorteile:

Es bietet viel Funktionen für Unternehmer und man muss sich damit beschäftigen. Verständliche Anleitungen und guter Service.

Nachteile:

Sehr Umfangreich, kann nichts negatives Berichten.

Trello Is A Must Have With Project Management and Team Collaboration

Kommentare: Trello is a fantastic way to organize professional and personal projects. I use it professionally to create projects and tasks with my virtual team. I use it personally to keep my grocery list and homeschool resources organized. When we relocated to another state a few months ago, I created a moving checklist in Trello and it helped me keep tasks and contact information all in one place on my phone!

Vorteile:

Trello is user-friendly, collaborative, and inexpensive. I am a solopreneur and have used the free version for the past 5 years. It accomplishes all my needs and I am able to collaborate with my virtual assistants without delays.

Nachteile:

The customer service is terrible. They basically read off their website and are not able to answer questions. It's a good thing I've have only needed Customer Service twice in 5 years.

When simplicity can be your best ally

Kommentare: The simplicity of Trello is what keeps me as its faithful user, and every time I have to present this type of tool to my students, it is the only time I do not have to spend a large amount of time teaching how to use it. Despite having many more features since it began its journey with Atlassian, Trello maintains its main asset, which is simplicity, but don't be fooled, you only have to scratch the surface, and you will find that Trello allows you to organize your work efficiently and powerfully.

Vorteile:

Trello is the task manager that I continue to use, despite using another application as a project manager. The reason is simple, Trello was born as a simple tool and remains so, despite having many more features since I first used it about 10 years ago. This ease of use means that it can be used by people of all levels and ages, facilitating teamwork, and having a free tier that has everything you need to enter the world of modern task managers. If you want more, no problem, you can increase your features for a low cost. I can switch from project manager for sure, but in my day to day, Trello is my preferred task manager.

Nachteile:

Although its free tier gives a good idea of the type of product that the user has in front of him, it is strange that one of the functionalities that it restricts in that layer are views apart from the classic dashboard. The best way to show the versatility of Trello is by taking a look at the various ways it has to present tasks and workflow. I hope that as its features continue to grow, views will become part of the free core of Trello.

Using Trello for a Digital Agency Start up

Kommentare: Very positive. Easy to use and integrate with other tools through powerups

Vorteile:

This is my Goto for planning projects with my customers. It is zero effort to show a customer how to use it and start collaborating. This in contrast to a tool like Jira is really good for a startup business like mine. I intend to upgrade to premium version but it has been great to get me started.

Nachteile:

Would have liked to be able to trial premium features before making decision. Maybe this is possible but cannot remember.

Trello is the Perfect Tool for Visually Creative Task and Project Management

Kommentare: I have tried so many Task and Project Management tools... it's a long list. Trello is the only product that I have stuck with and continually use daily. I'm a visual organizer and love to use imagery to not only keep me organized but also to keep me inspired. Trello lets me set up my Project Boards and Tasks in a creative and fun way. It feels less like a "todo" list and more like creative vision boards. I highly recommend it.

Vorteile:

I like having separate boards for each project and creating visual themes for each board which helps me to stay motivated and excited about my projects. Trello makes setting up this type of system easy. I'm a big Kanban System fan. In my opinion, nobody does Kanban better than Trello. I also like setting up my Task cards using images. This keeps me interested in my tasks and projects—so I get things done. In addition, I like how detailed the Tasks cards are, which allows me to keep sub-tasks, checklists, images, and additional documentation all within one card, making organization simple. Overall if you are a visual organizer like me Trello is a perfect fit.

Nachteile:

This is not really a negative, but Trello has a lot of features that I'm still trying to figure out like Power Ups, Automation Buttons, and Templates. Clearly, I have more to learn, and look forward to it. However, beginners may feel a bit overwhelmed at first.

An excellent easy-to-use project- and task-management tool

Vorteile:

Trello lets you organize into different virtual dashbords your projects. Each dashboard can then be organized into different columns and each task can be assigned to the desidered columns.There are a lot of options that enable you to customize the product to your needs, such as adding labels, colors, notifications and so on.

Nachteile:

Some useful features are limited in the free version.
