I am impressed by the ease of implementation of Twilio Flex. Twilio Flex works so well for us.
Nachteile:
No cons concerning Twilio Flex. Twilio Flex is brilliant.

Vorteile:
Twilio has been our partner for our daily lives in work. What I love the most about this software is that this has the capability of pulling up a report depends on what we need by creating our own dashboard in "Analyze" tab.
Nachteile:
Nothing so far! Everything we need is in this software. We can make our own dashboard and that's the best that it has! Kudos!

On a daily basis, we normally do a monitoring of queues in order for us to have a balance staffing.
